Before retiring, I spent the last 20 years of my career in financial services. So, I had enough knowledge to be skeptical of annuity products, in general, but I needed to find an alternative to the market's volatility for the next 10+ years. I also wanted to generate income along with market value appreciation. Bruce Colwell has extensive product knowledge and is a good listener. He has integrity and is patient and a good educator. I felt he had my best interest at heart throughout the process. I had an Non-Spousal Inherited IRA and an investment account that I wanted to move out of brokerage accounts. There were only a few companies that would accept funds from the Inherited IRA account. Bruce presented the options and explained which ones he recommended and why. I felt comfortable with the decisions he helped me make in the two annuities I selected. He also had great attention to detail and follow-up throughout the process.
