Great customer service. My adviser Eric Welty is very knowledgable and patient and he explains and answer all my questions.

The person I am in contact with is on target for everything. He keeps me informed, answers any of my questions fluently. He doesn't treat me like any questions are foolish or not necessary. He helps me with communication if needed on the computer. His name is Michael.
