I have been waiting to order more BP3800 batteries for my dual F3800 system. They had a great price and allow many financing plans for me.

Fast shipping, seems like a quality product though the instructions could include some more secrets and tricks that it's capable of.

I haven’t had to use it yet, but I’m confident it will perform as advertised. I’m impressed with the quality and build.

Easy to setup and to use.

I bought a generator with anker solix. It arrived 2 weeks after i ordered it, and i did not have a use for it anymore. That same week that arrived i started contacting customer service, but it took me about 3 days to be able to start a chat. Needless to say that there was no phone call with a live person, which started to make me feel suspicious. I finally chatted with someone who sent the return label. I sent it the very same week, and it arrived last Friday. I have not gotten my refund or have been able to chat to someone on their website. It makes me very weary if this company should be trusted. I just want my money back. I bought it from them because a friend suggested it, but it has Not been my experience so far.

Have not needed them yet but like what there capable of doing
