Great the service was great

Plugs in well with my C1000 power station. Also integrates with it well, it charges last and discharges first when hooked up. The only minor thing is that it doesn't sit securely on top of the C1000. A bit wobbly, so I place it beside the C1000. If I could give it a 4.5 I would

Anker did a fine job with the purchase. Ordered 1/30,shipped 1/31 and notified delivery should be 2/2. Then came the delivery delayed notices, daily for about a week. Then nothing. I contacted FedEx and they said a hold had been placed on delivery. Then a reroute. They could not locate the package or give me any delivery info. It finally showed up on 2/11. I was out of town, but cut the trip short so package wasn't left outside overnight. I'm happy with the purchase, but not the delivery.

The website was easy to navigate and build my custom bundle. The sale price is what really helped me decide on my purchase. The functionality of the app makes it very easy to operate and monitor. And the shipping process exceeded my expectations, I was able to get my product with 2 days!

Great communication, did not like the fact that items arrived from multiple locations

Fast,easy process with a great unit for off-grid power.

Accuracy of delivery communication could have been better. Hard to plan to be home for delivery when comms give you multiple inaccurate updates. And the only response is be patient.
