Good product, but too heavy for old people. Your website labelled the generator adapter differently (bypass vs generator adapter) in different places. Need to be able to search the website by part number. Send printed manuals with the equipment. We had ice storm. No power or internet.

My C800 power station was delivered very well packaged and undamaged. Everything worked as advertised and expected. I appreciated the amount of technical information available prior to purchase, which helped me make an informed selection. I did not get the Plus, or X model, with the telescoping camping light, as I have plenty of camp lights, but it looks like a great feature. Some pictures of older units show only 3 AC outlets, while mine has 5. I doubt I'll ever need more than 3 with a unit of this capacity.

Anker was received on time and perfect condition. All the instructions were clear. I’ve had to use it once for a couple hours in a power outage. It performed great! Hardly used any energy in those couple hours. I’ve got three Anker products and they all do good
