Great product, i'm very excited

Had a problem with an Anker dual hub switch. Spoke with the tech help. They stayed with the effort to resolve the issue, not fading into the background. They pinpointed the issue quickly and resolved the matter. They kept me informed frequently along the way. As a result, all functioning normally (I took the opportunity to expand my system).

I could not be more pleased with this purchase. First, the ordering process online is easy to navigate providing all the relevant info needed to decide on which machine to choose and its cost. Delivery was prompt and arrived sooner than I expected. My goal was for a sizable cooler for when there are power outages and this model meets that goal. It's well made, solid, offers dual zone settings for fridge/freezer options, portable, dual batteries assure extended coverage, lids open easy and close tightly keeping the cold insulated and it's so quiet I'm using it now as a second fridge and keeping more food on hand than usual. Most importantly, I'm now confident I can trust it for storing medication during an outage. The BT set-up to control temps by phone works well. Honestly, this model checks all the boxes. My one disappointment is the condition of the box upon arrival. It was in such poor shape I was certain the machine might be damaged, dented or even scratched. I have a photo of what I'm describing in case you'd care to review it. I understand why delivery insurance was offered and grateful I opted for it. Thankfully, the machine was not harmed in any way. My Anker experience has been successful enough that I'm looking into a power station that can support the cooler in addition to the dual batteries which reached 100% capacity in short order. Well done Anker Solix.

The ordering and delivery were top notch.

Great product and timely shipping!
