They listen and deliver on time

Planning for the upcoming clusterf*ck that this "president" will cause, the F3800x2 and 800watts solar is great. My entire home is now off the grid in a way we are now getting a check instead of a bill.

Purchased this new model # after owning the same unit for 4 years. This new model is so much lighter I can carry it from room to room with little effort. Very happy with this purchase and still remain very happy with my older unit as well.

Shipping was fast and easy. Seems to be working pretty well. Only complaint: you have to charge your base battery to 100% before it charges the aux battery. Wait, I thought you weren't supposed to charge a battery to 100% to make it last longer... Planned obsolescence? They tried that with American cars back in the day.

My Anker SOLIX C2000 Gen2 arrived well packaged without damage. I have charged it with my Zoupw portable solar panel and all seems to work as expected. We are glad that we have something portable that will run a fridge or freezer during a power outage for a significant amount of time.

I'm very satisfied with my Anker SOLIX. This is my first solar power unit - I've been so curious! So far, I've not used the solar charging element, but the battery charges very quickly. Connects to my cell phone via Anker app and I can see how the power is being used and how much power is left. This is an excellent unit and I'm so happy with the low price I paid via the Anker website.

I bought Anker solix F2600 and Anker solix f3800 with extension battery. I’m so happy with my purchase. Both batteries are amazing and charge fast when connected to solar panels. It’s also very easy to use and has many outlets!
