Staff was great-prompt on their responses, informative, patient! Excellent customer service! If the product is half as good as the customer service was it will be an awesome power station.

Looking on the website for a solar package for my wife's greenhouse. I did not know much about solar and it's components. Anker had everything you need to set up a solar system. I did not want to buy piece meal from other sites. Family Handyman did a review of solar systems and how well they work. So I visited the sites they listed and read reviews. Anker seamed the best for what we were looking for.

the battery is awesome and felt that it was sold at a highly competitive price. still learning all the applications and having a great time doing it. didn’t receive the promotional early bird “free gift” yet but imagine it might be on the way, otherwise battery itself is 5 stars! EDIT: the team reached to apologize that the gift wasn’t received. it was explained that there was a link to click (which I do feel was not easy to find) in order to receive a gift. they sent me a concessionary item and it’s fantastic - 5/5 all around!

Shipped fast and well packaged, the app and setup were easy to follow and set up.

I had a number of questions re how I might connect a 2nd S2000, to my first one, to increase the total backup run time. Tech Support was incredibly responsive and patient dialoguing with me. I am very impressed with design of the S2000 and the responsiveness of Tech Support!
