Anker SOLIX USReviews of ankersolix.com

It all started with losing power during hurricane Irma and getting a F 3800+ unit. And then I decided to go all in and get the fully upgraded F 3800+ system with HPP with 53.8 kW of battery backup and then attaching it to a off grid 4.8 kW solar array my journey still continues with Anker with the S 2000. I think them for having such wonderful products and helping me “live in power”

I got my Solix C1000 for emergency backup at home and for camping. I took it camping this past weekend and it worked great! It did everything I needed it to do. I'm realizing there are many other jobs it can help me do around the house, as well. It will work as a sort of "extension cord" for jobs outside. I'm really enjoying it so far and glad I made the purchase!

Fast shipping, great product

I have a F3800, two S2000 and four PS400. These products are easy to use and give me multifaceted functionality. They were engineered correctly so that you don’t have to think about volts, amps and loads.

We bought an F3800 Plus and expansion battery to power our RV during the night at camp spots that do not allow generators. We ran the F3800 Pluss from 6PM to 8AM (Not needing AC) and were never below 50% battery life. Easy to recharge as well

Arrived quickly. Price was good, have not used them yet, but the storms are coming so I am sure I will be needing them soon

I did a lot of research and found that the Anker SOLIX S2000 was the only portable power station that met all of my expectations: 1. Portable enough for vacation and camping 2. Capable of serving as a UPS backup strong enough to keep key household equipment running 3. Highly efficient, delivering excellent power for its size and weight 4. Outstanding long-life battery (among the best cycle ratings I’ve seen) 5. Solid, quality-built device 6. Excellent value — one of the best cost-per-Wh options on the market After receiving and using it, every one of these points proved true. What stood out even more was the customer service. As an old-school Marine, I wasn’t particularly excited about communicating by email. My past experiences with support emails usually felt like a game of telephone — questions went unanswered or got lost in translation. That was not the case with Anker. Their representative Zayn was outstanding providing concise, clear, and accurate information every time. The email system was surprisingly efficient. There are many battery “solar generators” available, but in my experience none come close to the S2000 in the combination of size, efficiency, longevity, UPS performance, and value. I’ve bought other Anker products before (chargers, power banks, the Nano Travel Adapter, etc.), but this purchase turned me into a true fan of the company. I’ll continue to support them and recommend Anker.com and AnkerSolix.com as my first stops for future purchases. Check them out.

This is the best little battery. It ran the lights in my booth all night.
