Ordered item and have not received any follow up since September 27 which said order was being processed. Original info said order would be delivered from October 9 (tomorrow). Cannot find any updates. I have checked the tracking information, and there have been NO UPDATES since that September 27 message! UPDATE: item arrived 9/10/2025. Contrary to an email from the company AFTER arrival, I only ever received the email on 27/9/2025 stating my order was processed. So, even though their (or their courier company’s?) communication was lacking, I would re-rate my experience to 4 stars. The product DID arrive on time (although unannounced) and met my expectations.
