Super quick delivery! The quality of the Christmas Stockings were amazing because the quality blew me away!🥰 The material was thick and huge because i ordered the large and it did not disappoint. I ORDERED 2 MORE making 4 purchases. I also love that you can customize them with a name 🥰. I strongly recommend you purchase from this company. Very professional, and reliable. THANK YOU and happy HOLIDAY'S 😊

Everything went great. I was looking for a specialized design to match the shirt worn by AC/DC's singer Brian Johnson. They custom designed it for me and it looks great.

For one you should tell people your products are being shipped from China. The only reason I placed an order was because your location said New Mexico. I had several issues from the moment I placed my order. I was sent an email that my order had shipped. No tracking number at all. It took me 3 days to even get a tracking number. Finally I get a tracking number yet whenever I tried to track my order it said there was an error and I couldn't track my order. I tried calling them because I didnt want to wait another 3 days for information. Upon calling them I find out the number is a google voice number. I left a message and no one called back. I sent another email and surprisingly I got an email right away with a different tracking number. The quality of my order is horrible. I will never s9end another dime with this company

Customer service number is a Google subscriber number. Customer service stops answers the email and will only say just wait for the order/product. No refunds nothing.

I just moved and didn't realize I had to add a po box to my address. The order was delayed because of my mistake. They went above and beyond to assure that I got my order. Their customer service and communication is top notch and I would definitely buy from them again

I’m highly upset! I ordered a pair of shoes and jacket and still haven’t received them as well as no update!! I’m so frustrated because it is a birthday gift for my husband and I spent allot of money!!. Times are hard and I saved for so long to get a nice thoughtful gift. It's very disappointing and is making me skeptical as I was going to refer this place to friends and family. Like tracking is awful! I emailed the company and no one responded! I don't even have a delivery date! This is why I don't shop online especially online stores I've never shopped before.

My boys found ornaments they wanted from Animebape. But, we read some reviews that made me worry. I was happy to find the order experience smooth and, especially, the updates along the way. It was a very good experience overall.
