Absolutely appalling service. I used this last year as a one off, and what I thought was cancelled my subscription as I was no longer using this service. Then one year later they took another £160 out of my account for subscription renewal, unbeknownst to me. Apparently my subscription was not cancelled and they didn’t even bother sending a courtesy email to let me know that it was due for renewal. Customer service was shoddy and unhelpful. They won’t help you out regardless of it being a pandemic. Do not use this service. They also will not honour their cancellation promise if you choose to end subscription. Read the small print if you must use this service, but my advice is steer well clear.

Great site! I have some experience with this site, and I can say it's really great! I use this website mainly because of the "VoiceOver / TTS" function. I'm from the Czech Republic, and I'm creating videos on youtube, but when I tried to create a video in English, it sounded awful. My accent is simply not ideal, even though I have very good English. That's why this site helped me a lot. The TTS (VoiceOver) function works by simply typing an English sentence and the voice you set will play the sentence. You can then download the voice recording and use it in a video editor. Even though the VoiceOver feature is limited to 5 downloads per month (in case you don't pay premium) it can be used well and I highly recommend it. Of course, there is much more you can do with this site, such as videos, whether horizontal, square or vertical, and presentation slides and so on. I am very satisfied with this site.

The program/software has a lot of promise. There are some great features and it's very easy to use, but there are also a lot of things missing. I couldn't find a grid or many auto-snap options to make things look even. This could be improved. Despite not having the right package to save my video in 1080p, I spoke with support and they were able to assist me. They also sent me many replies to my emails. Can't really ask for more. With some improvements this can be a really great tool.

Terrible experience with Animaker. Do not be scammed. Everything sounds so premium until you start to pay for it, they keep asking for more money. It never ends. Once again, do be scammed.

Don't give them your information; you'll never get it back. As soon as you connect your information, they are IMMEDIATELY unable to get it back and delete it from their system. The person I spoke to said it would take between 30 and 180 days to delete the account. It's important to remember that I tried to delete the account less than an hour after I started it. This company clearly has no qualms about taking your data and holding it hostage. Don't let them.

Tech support is horrifying. I reached out 3 days ago for a 5 min video to be downloaded. They are still rendering. They don't even give a definite tat, kept on saying shortly, soon; but haven't bothered. So hey good luck meeting deadlines with these folks. They conned me in downloading the same video twice coz the preview n final outcome didn't match. Now I am out of download option for the month. Thank got it all happened before recharging.

I have subscribed for the service searching for an easy tool to makes some fun videos for my family. I was working on my first one, the software would crash constantly would be so slow and impossible to work with, I have spent so much time on few scenes. To see what you have done its impossible straight away as video would crash or be so so slow, so I would try to download it and then edit. But guess what you reach 6 downloads and need to pay 15$. So yeah as I promised a funny video for mothers day I have to do it and I guess to pay as I have spent like 20 hours on it. But come on, I am canceling afterwords it's just not worth it
