Animaker Inc.Reviews of animaker.com

I couldn't upload a photo and they offered a solution and an alternative to do it themselves in less than half an hour! Thanks animaker

Animaker is a great tool that provides complete online animation production. If users encounter difficulties in operation, Animaker also provides excellent assistance. I am very happy to use this excellent tool Animaker :)

Asked how to copy slides from one video to another and got quick feedback with a video tutorial and written instructions.

well I found this online platform helpful to do my voice overs!!

Unfortunately not a great experience with this company , we had a trial of the software , but what isn't clear in the trial is you actually commit to monthly payments and and if you do not cancel by the end the subscription automatically starts, payment was taken and despite being told they would refund the payment to date it hasn't happened and no further contact from the company - customer service and support was not a priority in this case not a good sign moving forward - if you decide to deal with this company

Great tool and very efficient support. The support helped fixed a broken video within a few hours.

I used Animaker platform for several projects for more than a year. Its user friendly, fun to create and easy tool I totaly enjoyed. Developpers add new plugins, tools and upgrades often, support respond fast even when I am in differrent time zone and try to solve any problem with best approach. Thank you and continue with awesome work - Radim Black, Designer & Art creative
