Received my Aniioki 2026 Aq177 Dual Motor 52v e-bike on a Saturday afternoon. After quickly and easily assembling it(it comes 85% preassemble).There was a issue with the settings. We reported it on SUNDAY!. Aniioki customer service responded that evening with the correct information needed the correct the issue! Amazing response from this company. Thank you!

I recently bought an Aniioki A8 Pro Max Dual Motor (model year 2025), and I have to say I’m thrilled. The performance and power of the e-bike are incredible; everything is well-built, very high quality, and it’s simply a lot of fun to ride. The battery’s long range is a huge plus and truly unique in the e-bike segment. I can recommend this e-bike to everyone. If there are any problems or concerns, customer service is always available and responds as quickly as possible. They are very committed to helping the customer and are genuinely accommodating.

Purchased 4 bikes in total from them and all were great experiences. Had a accident with 1 and thy sent out a little care package for me. Customer service was always on point, time difference so you do have to be patient with the responses but they WILL get back to you for a fact. Definitely give them a try if you are thinking it or want the experience. No other company can really compete with them in this space to be very honest.

My ANIIOKI A8 Pro Max Ebike arrived very well packed and undamaged. There was very little assembly required. There are many features that makes this a big upgrade from my previous ebike (fron another manufacturer:) The A8 Pro Max 52 70 1500 with its 4" fat tires, integrated brake light plus front and rear turn signals and even hazard flashers, it's heafty weight (130lbs) and security features makes it function more like a motorcycle that also has peddles, rather than a bicycle.. It is truly Long Range with Huge battery - I'm no longer concerned about running out of battery as I'm riding all over town, to appointments and running errands. I'm very glad I spent the few hundred dollars more to have this strong, reliable, smooth riding "electric vehicle" as my primary mode of transport.

I bought the AQ177 Pro Max 48V, this is my 4th ebike my first Aniioki. It is by far the quietest and best riding of all that I've owned. I fitted it with a golf bag frame and use it on the golf course, Love It.
