Not a Quality Product and will not…
Not a Quality Product and will not refund my purchase. Clicked on a targeted Facebook advertisement for their blankets claiming site-wide sales for the up coming holidays and gladly made a purchase for a gift for my significant other. Upon giving the gift and inspecting the product it was found to be low quality very matted down faux fur and not soft as one would expect from the website pictures. I reached out to customer service for an RMA on my order only to be told since my ordered product was on sale that I could not receive a full refund…..THE ENTIRE WEBSITE WAS ON SALE AT THAT TIME!!!!! It was advertised for the whole Facebook world to see! How may others were duped into this advertising scheme this Christmas season and stuck with a product they do not wish to have?

We’re truly sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how disappointing it can be when a gift doesn’t feel quite right, especially during the holiday season. We’d like to clarify, with full respect, that items marked as clearance on our website are clearly labeled in red and are final sale unless there is a verified quality defect. While we did run holiday promotions across many products, not all items were part of a site-wide sale. The item you purchased was originally priced at $149.99 and was offered at a discounted clearance price of $84.99. That said, when you reached out to us with your concerns, although we were unable to accept a return under our clearance policy, we did our best to assist by offering an additional 30% compensation as a goodwill gesture. We genuinely tried to find a solution and handle the situation responsibly. We’re very sorry that this still left you feeling dissatisfied. Your feedback is important to us, and we truly regret that we weren’t able to deliver the experience you were hoping for.
