Great GPS product that allows you peace of mind
We have been trying to find the right GPS product for our teen who has had behavior and trust problems. The accuracy of the device is very precise and can tell us even what building the device is in during the day. This was the main reason we wanted the device therefore it meets our need. The tracking is overall very reliable and only on certain occasions has the tracking lagged. But those have been so minimal that we've overlooked them. The battery life in reality is about 10-11 hours. He leaves the house at 6:30 and has sports after school and the GPS dies around 5. So if you need longer batter life then you may need to take that into consideration. The device advertises that you can call it and it can allow you to hear what is going on around the child. This is true however, connectivity to the phone network is sporadic and inconsistent. So much so that it's generally not even used. Again, if this is something that you will need then you may want to consider that it may not be reliable. Overall as a product we are very satisfied. If there was a way to have longer battery life that would be ideal for our context.

I recommend contacting customer care to validate you have the latest device, which has significantly more battery life and better voice capabilities. Connectivity to the device depends on the cellular coverage in the area the child stays. Starting 2016 we are adding support to Verizon. I really appreciate your comment regarding the high accuracy.
