Angel Heart BoutiqueReviews of angelheartboutique.com

I have spent about 3 thousand total with Angel heart and I can truly say they have the most gorgeous clothes for women I have ever bought. The customer service is outstanding and the owner Schay always gets back to me very fast if I have a question. I don't shop anywhere else.

I've been a customer for 10 years. I appreciate the selection and the quick response when I have questions. Orders are filled and delivered in a timely manner. I love the interaction on market days, which gives us a preview of what's coming. Prices are competitive with other boutiques. Every piece I've ordered has been great quality.

Have been ordering from Angel Heart Boutique for several years now. They are awesome - my products have been great quality and I am in love with the options to purchase. Product ships in a timely manner and any returns in the last few years were given as a store credit and were quickly used! I am absolutely a repeat and loyal customer!

This is by far a diamond in the rough. With all of the crappy websites claiming to be legit when they do a bait and switch and send cheap knock offs from China I almost threw in the towel. Then….I came across this amazing boutique that is family run, hands on, reasonably priced, quality clothes that put department store clothes to shame. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this Angel Heart Boutique and post my outfits each time on Facebook. I get so many compliments I can’t even tell you how I get stopped in a store and people ask where I got my outfit. If you don’t try them you are missing out. Service is personal and the owner is Amazing!!!! Love them ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ verified customer!

Angel Heart Boutique is the best online shopping experience I have ever experienced and I have shopped many! The owner will answer any question you have in a timely manner and she’s just the sweetest. If unsure if an item will fit your body type ask for measurements and you’ll get them. Need to return an item, just return it and pick something else from the huge assortment of beautiful clothing. Every time I try another boutique online I’m always reminded by the interaction or lack thereof amongst other things that AHB is superior in EVERY way. If you leave unhappy with AHB I’d say that’s on you because YOU didn’t ask the questions you should have. I have been shopping here for a couple of years now and have only great things to say. This boutique carries an assortment of priced items from high end, higher quality cotton to lower priced blended fabrics while also being beautiful items as well. At AHB the variety is wide and awesome. Take your pick depending on preference and what price you’re able to afford at the time. I’ve done both!! Shipping time is quick. Best customer service hands down.

The jacket does not fit me correctly and the fabric is much wilder than it appeared in the photo. I requested a refund and they will only return 20% of my purchase price although their website has a banner at the top saying "14-day postage paid returns." Now they claim that is only for damaged merchandised which is NOT stated on the website. VERY disappointed. I definitely would never order from them again. They said I could pay to return the item which I was going to do, but the address is too long to even type up in my mailing app.

I ordered a cute, long, sleeveless dress/shirt. I got a rag with threads hanging off it. Length that didn't even make it past my belly button. More like a halftop. Picture didn't match purchase.

Unlike the many reviews I've read, my experience was positive. I've been burned by some of the facebook stores, so I was leary. Did a bit of research...they are an on-line only store but had favorable reviews. The sizing is not quite right and a bit "all over the place." Have purchased several tops and they are lovely. One dress I returned for in-store credit. They were kind enough to give me a one time credit for that dress, as it was on sale. Customer Service has gotten right back to me. After reading these reviews, I consider myself quite lucky.
