The team is exceptional for trip planning, putting together an unforgettable few days in two beautiful hotels for my girlfriend and I. Prior to this trip, I had accidentally given them the wrong dates, which caused them to book the hotels for a week out rather than a month out. My fault! I didn't realize this until we were "3 days into this trip" (according to the booking). It was a very silly mistake, and led to a stressful situation but Shrey & Anj were super supportive in getting us through it. They got us our entire money back! And quickly rebooked for the correct dates as well. I can't thank them enough for being with us throughout this process.
