Ten days, four hotels, zero problems
Anecdote planned our ten day trip to Italy, four nights in Ravello for our tenth anniversary followed by Sicily for a friend's 40th, and handled hotels, transfers, restaurants, and all the coordination between them. Every booking came confirmed in writing with reference numbers and meeting points, tracked in one place so I always knew exactly what was set. They were also the liaison between me and the hotels on anything I needed, which meant requests actually got handled instead of getting lost in translation. The real test came when I had to rebook my Naples to Palermo flight weeks out. They rebuilt the entire ground plan around it in about a day, including a day use room in Naples to fill the gap between my wife's flight home and mine, two separate cars to cover the new timings, and a rekeyed chauffeur pickup in Palermo matched to the later landing. Ten days, four hotels, a dozen moving parts, and not one logistical problem. Highly recommend.
