The postage service is expensive and inefficient. Most other online shopping offers free shipping upon attaining certain amount, but not at your site. It takes at least three weeks to arrive if it arrives. It’s appalling.

Hi, Alfred. Thank you so much for reaching out regarding this matter. Sadly, we too, have noticed the increase in both domestic and International shipping- in fact, shipping costs as a whole have increased domestically and internationally for us and our customers. We are truly living in unprecedented times and do hope to see the cost and transit times with shipping coming back down to normal soon. Our international customers also must face taxes and duties that increase the cost of shipping- and these fees have also jumped in recent months. These fees aren't calculated or charged to you from Andrew Christian- but rather your local municipality. We completely understand your concerns and are hoping that this situation changes soon so that you can go back to ordering the products that you love! If there is anything that we can help with or any further questions/concerns that we can address, please send us an email at [email protected].

I have never received my order! First, I contacted UPS and their response was no package was ever delivered at my address. Tried to contact AC via email and never heard from them. The link defaulted to UPS which I had already received a negative answer. Looked up AC website but no info on customer service, no phone number. I used to order all the time and never had any problem. However, when I rechecked my order, I found out that the delivery address was incorrect as well as the billing address for the credit card. However, payment was made via PayPal and it went through. Still not receive my order nor hear anything from AC. Really disappointed and lost confidence in ordering any future products now!!!
