I recently ordered a custom suit from Andre Emilio, for my husband and I’m truly impressed! The customer service team was attentive and professional. The fit of the suit is absolutely perfect-you can tell it’s crafted with precision and quality. It’s rare to find such perfection in tailoring these days! Plus, the delivery was right on time. Highly recommend Andre Emilio. Will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a custom tuxedo and I am very impressed. They got every measurement exact. Time for order to my door was about 2 weeks.

I bought prom tuxedo for my son from Andre Emilio, and its absolutely perfect! The fit is Perfect, the fabric was high-quality Same as they told, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this shop. Their communication is beyond poor, and their attitude is unbelievably rude. Despite paying a hefty amount, they don’t even know how to properly finish a suit. I visited their store in Pakistan for my uncle’s reception suit, and we had to go back more than five times just to get the finishing right. Every time, they messed something up and then had the audacity to blame us for their mistakes. The suit pants were bent from the pocket, and instead of fixing it, they told us, “Yeh aisa hi hota hai,” when it was clearly defective. On top of that, their staff is extremely rude and completely untrained in customer service. The shop is also severely understaffed, so you end up waiting more than 45 minutes just to try on a suit—absolutely insane! The whole process was stressful, frustrating, and a complete waste of time.

More than pleased with the quality of the suit I purchased. The quality of the material was exceptional. The service I received after my purchase was excellent. I needed to alter my suit due to my measuring error. The company reimbursed me for the alterations. I certainly would purchase again and I highly recommend this company.

I had an amazing experience with Andre Emilio! I purchased a tuxedo for my wedding, and it is exceeded all my expectations. The quality is absolutely top-notch,and the fit is perfect. The customer services was brilliant -very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I used their easy-to-fill measurement form on the website, and the entire process was seamless. Highly recommended Andre Emilio for anyone looking for premium custom suits!

Ordered a tuxedo from Andre Emilio. The jacket came looking nothing like the sample picture on their social media page. The lapel had poor workmanship. So poorly cut the right peak didn't even match the left peak and it had deep, permanant creases from how they shipped it. The suit was just folded up in a bag in a way thr lapen was folded up. The placement of the button on the coat was so low it was parallel with the pockets. The stich work looked horrible. All I wanted was a suit that looked like the sample photo. But what I got looks more like a costume. I reached out to their customer service and asked them to either fix the coat or remake it. No response. Never again will I order from this place!! $450 wasted. And they don't have any return policy. SMH. Guess I'll give it to some bumb on the street. That's what it looks like anyhow. **UPDATE** After speaking with customer service, Andre Emilio did make a new jacket for me at no cost. I definitely appreciate the effort they went through to make it right. The craftsmanship of the new jacket was much better. Still didn't quite meet my expectation, but better at least. Therefore, I changed my star rating from 1 star to 3 star. Mainly for the customer service. Good to know they stand behind their product.

It was a great experience ordering a custom suit from Andre Emilio. Top notch from fabric to delivery. Great job by them I will recommend to others for sure and will be in touch for the next one. Best of luck guys
