If I could give them 0 stars I would. I wish I would have read reviews on other sites before purchasing because I am not getting the run around with their customer care team which I believe is a bot. The site is full of lies. The items are not carefully crafted. They don’t go through the peeves hands. The quality of these items are that of fast fashion. You are better off buying from SHEIN. Not only that but the return you are responsible for paying for is an international return to China, so expect high return costs. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. The quality is awful. The sizing is very far off. I’m talking 4 sizes too big. Just awful.

I typically don't leave reviews but this is a terrible website to buy anything from. They advertise you can return dresses within a period, but they don't tell you that in order to return you have to ship to China which in California costs 400.00! Please save yourself your money and do not buy from them

Buyer Beware: Thin, See-Through Dress and a $120–$150 Return My experience with Andreas Oriano was extremely disappointing. The website presents a polished New York/designer image, complete with a story about the designer. I did not come away from the site with the impression that I would ultimately be dealing with a return to China. The advertised 51-day return policy sounds reassuring. What I discovered when I tried to return my dress was that I was responsible for shipping it all the way back to China at my own expense. I priced two tracked shipping options to the return address and was looking at approximately $120–$150 just to return the dress. And the dress itself? Terrible. The fabric was extremely thin, had virtually no structure, and was so see-through that I considered it unwearable. This was nowhere near what I expected based on the way the product and brand were presented online. It also took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. A generous return window means very little to me when returning the item can cost nearly as much as the item itself. I wish I had paid more attention to other reviews reporting similar experiences before ordering. Buyer beware. I would not purchase from Andreas Oriano again, and I absolutely do not recommend them.

dress was TERRIBLE quality, not wearble sizing. When I tried to make a return, they wanted me to pay to ship it to China, so I chose a free replacement dress. Asked for a size small in that one, and they sent a large. They said there's nothing they can do about it. So now im out $120+ with two crappy dresses I cant even wear.

As many others have experienced, the quality of the dress was subpar! Additionally, although they promote returns, be very ware they charge $40-50 to ship the dress back - considering you already paid for shipping to get delivered to you! Do not recommend!

Do not order from this company unless you want to send numerous emails back and forth with pictures and pay for your own shipping and return to China! The dress quality was the worst I have ever seen and nothing like the picture. Save your money and go to a reputable website.

I originally ordered this dress in a Small, but received an XL. I contacted customer service, and they agreed to send me a replacement. I specifically requested a Medium, and they confirmed that a Medium would be sent. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived and was also an XL. I contacted customer service again, and they acknowledged that the replacement did not arrive in the requested Medium size. However, they refused to send another replacement or issue a refund, stating that their one-time replacement policy had already been used. I understand having a replacement policy, but the replacement itself was incorrect. I never received the Medium that I requested and was told would be sent. I’m extremely disappointed with the repeated sizing error and how the situation was handled. I would recommend carefully researching this company and its return/replacement policies before ordering.
