An absolutely scam of a “business.” I ordered a dress and emailed 1 day later to cancel the order. They said they would. Then OVER A MONTH LATER, I receive the dress and notice there’s a charge on my card. I reach out to them absolutely flabbergasted that not only did they charge me and send the dress after they said they wouldn’t, but also the audacity to think 1.5 months is “normal” shipping speed. They said they would provide a prepaid label after I sent A photo of the dress. Once I did, they said I would either have to pay $50 for shipping or get a 15% refund to which I said absolutely not - you said you would pay: here’s the exact original message “Once we receive the photos, I’ll be able to document the return properly and escalate your request for the prepaid return arrangement and full refund.” They then tried to gaslight me saying “I understand how it could have been interpreted as meaning a prepaid return label would be provided.” ….like no. I’m disputing this with my credit card. FAFO.

Public Review — Andreas Oriano Disappointed With the Dresses and Return Experience I’m sharing my experience with Andreas Oriano because I believe customers deserve an honest picture of what they may receive when ordering online. I ordered four dresses after seeing the styles presented on the website. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I was disappointed with the overall quality, construction, finishing, and appearance of the dresses. They did not meet my expectations based on how the garments were presented online. I noticed concerns with the draping, stitching, fabric, straps, and overall finishing of the dresses. I have included photos of the actual dresses I received so customers can see them for themselves, along with a screenshot documenting the four dresses I ordered. Because I was not satisfied with the items, I requested to return the dresses and receive a refund. The return process added to my frustration, as I expected the matter to be handled more simply and professionally. I understand that online purchases can sometimes look different in person. However, customers should be able to reasonably expect the product they receive to reflect the quality and appearance represented on the website. I’m not posting this review to be disrespectful. I’m sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision before placing an order. I really wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my $100 for a dress worth $5 at Goodwill. And I hope this saves someone their time and money. Websites should be required to disclose where they are shipping from. I was shopping for a wedding and when I ordered this dress and it was very close to the wedding date. Once I completed the purchase, I received a text from my credit card company of an international charge. First red flag. I immediately emailed Andreas that I would like to cancel as I was afraid it would not arrive in time. I received a responsive email back that if it hasn't moved to ship and it could be stopped, then they could cancel and she would get back to me. Never heard back. I received the dress with a few days to spare. Thankfully. Because this was the cheapest looking dress I have ever seen. It was completely sheer, even through the layers. It was missing the ruched bodice advertised on their website, so it was just flat with no detail. AND I ordered a medium and received 2XL. I emailed Andreas to initiate a refund as they state on their website. She asked for pictures. I sent three, including the size tag. She replied that they could offer me 15% refund and keep the dress, or send it back at my cost ($40-$50 international) and they will inspect it to approve a refund. This is wrong on so many levels: 1) aside from the poor quality, THEY sent the wrong size! Why am I paying for anything? 2) Because of how misleading their website is, how am I to trust they will approve a refund after me spending an additional $50 in shipping? Their refund policy states the dress has to be in its original packaging (it was a postal bag) and the tags attached (there were no tags). So they could easily say "no tags, no refund". This place is a complete scam. Do not be fooled by their nice website and pretty dresses on the screen. They really don't look like that anyway. I did report this to my credit card company and they are working on it. Because they did send me the wrong size and are trying to make ME pay for their mistake. No thanks.

If I could rate this with zero stars I would. The dress I received the one of the most poorly constructed pieces of Sh*t I have ever seen. It was cheap, horrible material, terrible zipper and I received the wrong size. It was 128 dollars. I went to return the item and they gave me a huge run around of offering another dress. I asked for money back and did EVERYTHING they asked for. I sent a picture of the dress, paid for the shipping back to CHINA, sent them the tracking number and everything. I have yet to receive a refund and I’m getting asked to send the same information over and over. This isn’t just a poorly rated online boutique, it’s 10000% a pure SCAM. Please buyer beware.

I read horrible reviews about this company after ordering a dress on a whim, so I was scared to receive my item. The quality of the dress is substantially less than what is advertised on the site. More of a cheap, stretchy dress than the high quality, structured fabric advertised. After reading all the reviews I will not be going through the trouble to return so I can't speak to customer service, but will just note it is not great quality as advertised.

Ordered dresses for my mom for my wedding now coming up on a month passed and still no dresses or even tracking! avoid at all costs save your money it comes from CHINA apparently on a blow up raft! Don’t hold your breathe waiting

The website is beautiful and deceiving. Let's start with the least of my issues. The quality of the dresses I received was very low. The fabric was cheap and see-through (no lining). The craftsmanship was basic. Even with their "low" prices, it was not worth it. Next, they only offer an email address as a way to communicate with them. My first attempt to reach them via email got bounced back. I resent and specifically did not state that the email was for a return in the subject and I got a response on my return options. Which leads me to their incredibly deceptive policy and the most distasteful part of this experience. The website purposely obfuscates the fact that these items are coming directly from China. So that is also where you will be returning the items when you find out that the quality is not what you expect...meaning that 50-day return policy where you are paying for shipping (I get it, not everyone can offer free returns) is actually going to cost you a fortune (in my case $70 for a $200 purchase). In addition, there are a ridiculous number of requirements and qualifiers It has to pass inspection? Fine. It has to be sent with tracking that you provide to them? That costs double, but okay. You're responsible for any additional customs and tarrifs? Why would return merchandise have tarrifs??? Basically, you're getting set up for them to say, sorry you're not getting a full refund. I will be honest, I was kicking myself for not researching them well enough. But I have spent a lot of time on their site now, and frankly it was set up to swindle people. It is set up to make you assume they are operating from the East Coast of the US (their business hours) and don't even get me started on "their story." Maybe it should have been a red flag when you couldn't see stars/reviews for the items. It certainly is now. I was duped. And I should have been more savvy. But there is no question that duping customers is this company's intention. They need to let people know they are shipping from China and that returns will need to go to China.

Zero stars if I could. This company is a SCAM. Like others say I wish I wouldve checked other sites for reviews. There are no reviews on their site which should be a red flag. I have never been scammed by a clothes company so I didnt think. The dress is terrible quality I got a large & was sent a 2xl. They sent a replacement & that was still a 2xl even after the sales rep “Heidi Atkinson” pushed me to get a medium. Absolute joke. Im out $80. The fact that this company is still allowed to sell in the US after so many reviews is a shock.
