DO NOT ORDER from here it is scam they sent me the wrong dress and the wrong size twice and they didn’t give me my money back for their mistake

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - they make you pay for your own return label and they make you do trackable to CHINA so it’s not cheap. This company sucks and their customer service rep was not helpful.

These are the 2 addresses I have found for this company: 99 Lafayette Dr Syosset, NY 11791 (warehouse address) 38 West 21st Street, 5th Floor New York, NY 10010 (residental address) I had a really terrible experience with this company. I do not recommend and I would not order from here again. STAY AWAY! I canceled my order 5 minutes after I placed it. The website allowed me to add on products using saved credit card details(unconsented) and I then did a quick Google search for reviews and was horrified. My order was still sent. The "support" email and likely fake "rep" Heidi Atkinson just gives you the runaround. After back and forth, I ultimately submitted a complaint/fraud complaint with my bank and the claim was closed the same night. From what I have found, they order from China to New York, then drop ship from New York to you. I am now in the process of trying to return the unopened package back to the company, but it's like they don't even want their own products back. I have my refund, but they still won't share the return details so I can get their crap out of my house. It doesn't make any sense! Total SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing a dress from Andreas Oriano. Bought a white dress size small, they sent an XL. emailed them to send the correct dress and they responded saying they’d send the correct dress as a “courtesy” and I don’t need to send the xl dress back. When that didn’t happen and I emailed again, they kept asking the same questions in EVERY EMAIL. I sent the photo multiple times. Also dress quality in the XL was very cheap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I’ll be reporting them to the bank and on every website.

Scam Chinese company. The dresses fit nothing like the photos. One dress was thigh length in the photo and came down to my ankles when I tried it on. Cheap fabric, they all looked worn and used. If you plan to return you have to cover $50 shipping to China. Nowhere on their site does it indicate they’re based in China. Avoid purchasing anything here.

Don’t buy from here is a scam! My daughter found this store and she bought a dress for a school dance. The quality is cheap and she receive the wrong size (order a L and received 2Xl) when it was time to return they wanted me to pay the cost to return to an address in China. I wonder if they purposely do that to pretend they are a legit business.

I sure wish I had looked up these reviews before purchasing. This company is a total scam. They portray a generous, seemingly uncomplicated "return" policy on their website. They also proudly list a New York address. The items I ordered were nowhere near the quality of the items advertised on their site. The dresses are paper thin (one even a little see through). When I contacted about returning the items I was provided an address located in China (2nd floor, Building No. 2, Hailian Industrial Park No. 3388 Jichang Road, Haishu District, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province 315000 P.R. China) and informed it would cost roughly $50 to return the items, or they would kindly offer me a 15% refund if I wanted to keep the awful dresses. They also offered a one-time third option if I wanted to exchange the dresses for different items, as if I am to trust that they would miraculously be better quality. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY if you expect the items to look as they do on the website; they're worse than Temu quality without the appropriate price.

I would give zero stars if I could. Same experience as others. I was hit by the first scam in the purchasing process where it asks if you want 25% off and then charges you for a second dress. Then I ordered a size M but received XL. Asked to provide photos. I did. Then told I had to mail it back (to China) with about a $50 cost. They also offered 25% off to keep it. Did not want either of those options. I needed the correct size. I went around and around with repeating questions (Heidi Atkinson "customer service" is likely a bot) and told them I was reporting them to BBB and my state's Attorney General's office. MAGICALLY, they offered to send out another one as a "courtesy one time replacement. Guess what, another size XL! They asked for pictures again. I sent them. Their response this time was "sorry, only one free replacement." Even though they still did not send me the size M. As if they did me some kind of favor. I never received what I ordered. Honestly, I think this is a garment factory that has a surplus of XL garments laying around. I gave them weeks and a lot of patience to resolve this and never did. I am now reporting them everywhere I can. I am out the cost I paid for the dress and I am donating the dress to Good Will. Please DO NOT buy from them. Please report them.
