Best at Asset protection, taxes, and wealth building all within one company!
Best company that I have ever worked with in having my Assets protected, taxes as efficient as possible, and help in my financial future/retirement plan that is well diversified. The education side of what they do is also top notch. I am beyond pleased with all the work they have done and will continue to do for me in the future.

Very informative and knowlegable information.
I recently took the Infinity Investing and the Tax and Asset Protection Zoom classes. They were very informative and really made my head spin with all the information and different options. It was stressed that the most important part was to have a Living Trust/Estate Plan which was just barely touched on at the end. Although both of these zoom classes were very informative and there were parts of them that would possibly benefit me, what I am really looking for is estate planning because I am in my late 60s and I have been looking into getting something set up that would be best for me. Infinity Investing was primarily about investing in stocks, but I am not an investor of stocks, I trade currencies. However, if I make a lot in trading, I could at some point, be interested in more passive investing or even some options or futures trading. The tax and asset protection class had more information that I found that I could possibly benefit from, however, I am not interested in real estate at my age, other than possibly investing in some REITs with my trading profits. I am trying to determine if I should start a trading business with an LLC taxed as S-corp or corporation or if I should just keep it as a passive investment on my 1040. I am retired so I can no longer contribute to my self-directed Roth IRA so a business would allow me to use personal money as capital and have a solo 401K that I could convert to a Roth. I also use a foreign broker in my self-directed IRA which I think is an issue now, but I do have a trust that my IRA is in and that owns the LLC that does the trading. I also have to worry about my Social Security becoming taxable if I have a business. I have a lot to figure out and I was hoping these classes would help me figure out the best route for me to take, but instead, I have even more questions, which is good because I know I am thinking about all the things that I need to prepare for. I may be very confused about what route I should take for myself, but overall, they were both great classes; I learned so much by taking these classes and they really got me thinking about some of the steps that I need to take. My suggestion would be to have an estate planning Zoom class in the future. Maybe people don't like to think about their end of life, but there are a lot of seniors who just don't know what to do, so they end up doing nothing or going with the traditional will. I would have gladly bought the tax and asset program, but it doesn't cover the most important aspect which is estate planning and that is what I really need most right now.

Land trust
Gentlemen — outstanding job! Hope to do business with you soon. I live in Florida and no one has yet to share information regarding a land trust. I have an LLC but, the attorney never advised me on the corporate taxation, annual meeting…Thanks.

1 year with Anderson Business
1 year with Anderson Business - Looking back on the past year, I'd say I am very impressed with the depth of knowledge on both the legal and tax side of Anderson Business. I am a "Titanium" member, which is the next tier up from "Platinum"; and consider either level that fits you best; well worth it! Anderson has created a number of entities for me, finalizing my trust, and have processed some of my business taxes, while working on personal and other taxes at the moment. I have visited their offices in Las Vegas earlier this year, to meet with one of the CPAs that I've had prior phone meetings with. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because sometimes I've been lost in the shuffle. Meaning, I might have a call with a specific person, but then do not receive the follow up, or have a way to contact them to touch base. Part of this is my fault, as I didn't take note of first & last names, or request an email. Typically meetings are scheduled by assistants , who coordinated the legal or tax specialists schedules. To me, on one hand, this is understandable to be left hanging, with the huge numbers of clients they work with, it must be very difficult keeping every client up to date with followups. Every assistant has been very polite as well, via phone and email. Once I do have someone that is working with me on a specific topic; I've found them to be very professional and highly competent! My only suggestions to you, would be to keep good notes of the individual's name (first and last), along with their email address (if possible). Also monitor the time between when you have a call, and the expected turn around time for them to get back to you with answers, documents, or other items mentioned during your call. This is for the one on one calls and items associated with them, not the portal where you can submit questions (tax and legal). The portal turns around questions in a very reasonable amount of time. I have found between 1 day and 2 weeks to be the norm with portal questions. The amount of tax and legal knowledge they push out via YouTube, and even their internal private broadcasts is astonishing! Great information, but it is a lot if you tune into all of it. I'd suggest you do tune into as much as you can, to 1) get a feel for what the cover, and 2) so you'll have more knowledge on the legal and tax side, making your conversations with them more impactful for yourself and your businesses. If I had to do it over again, a year later - I would. Even for the price I paid for basically all the services, I'd do it again and say it is worth it. I'm looking forward to working with Anderson Business for years to come.

Excellence in law and accounting information
I have been an investor since 1976, worked with numerous law and accounting firms and the Anderson Business Advisors sets the standard for excellence for their industry.
It is truly inspiring to work with such a dedicated and professional group that takes the refreshing approach to teach rather than litigate.
I gave you 5 stars but you deserve more.
