Been a platinum member since 2021. Clint and Toby but the customer relations staff is very slow to answer about tasks at hand. Now I am working on my residence trust and it is on 9th mo th in the making. Could not connect to my team and diff people respond after a few days. Last encounter was with Dam P and I got disconnected but after seconds I called him back immediately he refused to take my call. It is like pulling teeth to get any help from the team. What does it take.Level up customer relations. Not any efficient at all.

I just finished the "Tax and Asset Protection" webinar by Anderson Business Advisors. It lasted from 10am to approx. 5:45pm Utah time. We were asked at the end of the presentation to leave feedback. So ... here's my feedback. Both the morning and afternoon presentations were good and I learned a lot about Asset Protection Structures, Real Estate Tax Reductions, and the need for a Living Trust. Unfortunately, the entire day was interspersed with a soft, but "high-pressured", sales pitch to purchase a $3,000 Business Essentials membership with a $75/mo. maintenance fee, plus an add-on fee of $3,500 for a Living Trust. I describe this webinar as "high pressured" because viewers were constantly reminded these prices were FOR TODAY ONLY! I strongly dislike this "time share, used car salesman" tactic. Like many consumers, I don't buy anything spontaneously that costs over $100. In my experience, a professional business who offers quality services doesn't need to play that game and only destroys consumer trust when they do! In spite of the interspersed sales pitch, I was very interested in the services offered and I asked questions about what it would cost to restructure my small holdings of assets because the Basic Essentials package only covers the cost of creating one entity, but I was told I couldn't meet to discuss my specific needs and additional costs until AFTER I purchased the $3,000 Basic Essentials package. That turned me off!! Did I enjoy the webinar? Yes, until I abruptly hit that wall of non-disclosure and disinterest. Did I take-away anything positive from the webinar? Definitely. I did learn that I need a professional firm to re-structure my business LLC, my rental properties, and my Living Trust. And, I now know I want my documents created by people who have proven expertise in asset protection, business, taxes, real estate, and creating a living trust. But I also want whoever I hire to take a few minutes to examine my specific needs, then provide me with the estimated costs upfront!

when first an Anderson client, we were excited...and then our advisor didn't fit with our lifestyle choices. ended up very upset and needing customer service to intervene; never really got follow up from that service person. Things improved and we were happy again. Then, just recently, we were told incorrect information regarding our taxes/forms, etc. We were crystal clear on our request, received an answer that Anderson could help us, THEN they renigged.Now we're in a bit of a pickle and are again unhappy with our service. Anderson is really great in lots of ways, but but drops the ball in other ways.

I have been a member for 2 years with the platinum package. Clint and Toby are exceptional they get 5 stars for their training. The staff is another issue. I thought I was alone when it came to the service quality. My dissatisfaction is with the poor response time from the assigned team. I believe Anderson has gotten to big for the staff to keep up with. I reached out to my advisor and never received a response. I emailed my account manager to receive a response a week later that I'm not longer at that position and the new person copied on the email is out of the office until next week. I submitted a document that states 7-10 days that was never reviewed. I emailed the tax coordinator on a matter it took a week. However when it time to renew I get emails and phone calls regularly. The expectations is definitely gone downhill. I'm out of here. I pay too much money in trying build my business to where I don't feel I can rely on my team for anything.

We really hate to write this as during our initial research all we could find were good things, so through their Infinity Investing Trading course/webinar. We signed up with Anderson Business Advisors recently to help form some new entities, but we are now more confused than when we started. There isn’t really a defined path for setup after they charge you for all the formations + fees. Our experience has been, you are basically handed off the formations and need to figure out how to best leverage them from there [contracts, lending, taxes]. It’s honestly been very challenging getting back in touch with the appropriate individuals who really understand things to get you back on track. We’ve now resorted to performing our own research on things through their free YouTube content and then bring any clarifications back up through their platinum portal. As platinum members while it’s partially beneficial since you can ask an unlimited number of questions. Answers take about 3-5/days for a response and most answers received are short and basic. You can also only ask a single follow-up question before it’s closed and you have to ask again with a new inquiry and wait another few days for a response. In some of the responses as well you get mixed answers and it seems like they ask what type of formations you have? We feel they should have this information as they know we signed up through Anderson. At times it just feels like the business [law/tax] units aren't in sync, which was one driver we decided to use them. On the bright side we really enjoy the free educational content they provide, the law services seem more organized, and the Infinity Investing courses are good. However, for the services overall we most likely will not continue using them for future business endeavors.
