Initially thought webinar was only going to be 90 minutes (lol) but stuck it out- made my husband even sit through first half! I had already been shopping around for living trust but didn’t have a clue how to structure additional assets and rental properties into it but Cliff’s diagrams were brilliant. For the cost of just a living trust at an attorney’s office, I was able to get that, assets structuring, formation of corporation, structures for max tax benefits and personal property trust plus more!!!
