I ordered a helm laptop case... the clips that hold it on broke the first time I took it off.... o reached out and they basically told me to get bent.... I work in customer service, this was the worst customer service ive ever received. If I could give zero stars I would. You suck Andar.

I placed an order for my wife's birthday and it ended up getting lost in transit. They said I could pay $8.99 to reorder what was lost, or get a refund. I've sent several follow-up emails with no response in the last 10 days. At this point I just want a refund and I never want to deal with this terrible company again. They still have my money, and I don't have the product.

I ordered a phone case and a cord burrito. When the package arrived, the cord burrito was not included in the shipment. I reached out to customer service immediately and let them know the cord burrito was not included. Five days later, I finally heard back from their customer service. They asked me to take a picture showing the empty padded envelope it shipped in and the phone case box... I'm not sure who keeps an old, open shipping envelope beyond a day or so, but I let them know I threw out the packaging. No response now after three follow-ups. The phone case also wasn't worth the money. Mediocre at best.

The "Lo" wallet's pocket openings for ALL TYPE OF CARDS is so tight, that the cards are nearly impossible to insert AND then, impossible to remove. They denied my request to return it and get a refund.

Purchased an Active Waymaker over Christmas; did not start using until the summer. The interior lining was not finished properly, causing the zipper to stick and fray the lining. The lining is continuing to fray with use, and after approximately 4 weeks I fear the zipper will come unstitched. I contacted Andar and was told that since the bag was out of warranty (which is apparently only 30 days) they could not replace the bag. The did give me a $40 gift card, but since I don't plan on buying anything else from this company it's fairly useless. Customer Service has ignored my additional requests, and their social media removes any negative comments made on their products. I have no way to review the product on their website, which makes me question ALL the 5 star reviews on every product.

I bought a purse and the zipper pull was not secured. It fell off and was lost. Luckily, or so I thought, I had paid for the “no hassle returns”. Returned it and got a email saying I was getting the full refund. Then I just received another email saying I’m refunded a lesser amount because it wasn’t in pristine condition. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. Very disappointed is an understatement.

The initial delivery was fine, the garment was OK quality, but very small. I wanted to exchange the size, sent emails, no response, so went to the CBD to their store, wouldn't help me. No telephone number to contact, so now I've posted the item back, I have no idea whether I will get a decent response.

Purchased a Denner wallet in September, the wristlet and keychain has already broken off making the entire system useless. Went to get a replacement and they sent a gift card for half the amount that I paid for the wallet. Either get better customer service and/or quality of product or lower the prices.
