Receiving an electric bike at this price, I was pretty hesitant. But the Sunshine blew me away! Great gear shift, great long lasting battery, and really nice to look at. Also two day shipping for a bike feels unheard of! I’m super pleased.

Have had the bike a short while so far all is good. Assembly is fairly straight forward the instructions could use an update on the translation. Folding instructions were unclear. Same as battery charging .Manual shows the front tire to be a quick disconnect instead of the bolt on that came with it. Otherwise works as advertised especially for the price.

I live my bike, love it.

Excellent service and communication! Helped me order the right item and resolved issues efficiently.

All I can say is Ancheer customer service is the best they did everything they said they would and it was fast. Archer is a great bike it does everything, friends of mine have bikes costing $ 4k that don't work as well as mine The customer service works just as hard as bike to make things wright

I am very happy with the Ancheer company and customer service! The product I ordered was not in stock and did not ship out. Once I contacted them they generously offered me an upgrade that was in stock at a discounted price. Ancheer had it shipped out immediately with priority shipping and a tracking number. I had a great experience with the customer service and highly recommend Ancheer!

The staff followed up on an out-of-stock part order and offered alternatives. Very pro-active.

I purchased an Ancheer bike more than a few yrs ago and needed a new battery. My battery type was no longer produced but the good folks at Ancheer are sending me an upgrade.
