But if you're serious about building a real Amazon business, a strong foundation, and are willing to stay consistent, I'd say it's worth it.

We covered everything from listing strategy and budgeting for launch. Justin helped me realize the importance of mapping out a dummy listing and campaign to get a handle on real costs before pulling the trigger on inventory. My current margin is tight (~29%), so all early profits are going straight back into marketing. He walked me through supplier relationship best practices (relationship > contracts) and gave clarity around brand registry—holding off for now but looking into the $300 A+ content option as a workaround.
