They are very customer-service-oriented and always look for new ways to promote sales. We meet with your AMZ representative biweekly, and communication has been excellent. We can't wait to see what 2027 brings.

AMZ has been responsible for growing our brand's sales almost 3x within a year! The team is very talented and attentive to issues as they arise. Anytime Amazon required information on the products or if something was flagged they quickly tackled the issue and it was resolved. Their account managers are very knowledge and the biweekly calls enabled us to understand what was going on with our business and pivot as needed.
