I was new to Amazon and hired AMZ Advisors. We had some bumps in the beginning, but now I am excited to report that sales and profit are up. If there are any issues with any of my products AMZ is right there to help resolve any issues. I'd be lost without them.

AMZ advisor customer journey took the company through a detailed onboarding process, step by step - guided by videos that were relatable and clear, but it takes bandwidth from founder. Use of Slack helped to make the physical distance between team members un noticeable. Responsive to clients needs and accommodating. Creative talents appreciated and product satisfactory - I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the speed to get to this stage which is at storefront creation could have been faster for the work product received. Spent 3 months in production.
