Toy is GREAT! I recently ordered one of the multi-tool toys, and it was taking a while to ship, and the tracking was pretty sketchy (I just said it was in transit for three weeks without saying where it was starting from or the destination). I was pretty concerned I got scammed especially after reading reviews on here. I decided to reach out to their customer service, which was terrible. I literally got back a terribly misspelled reply in which the customer service rep basically told me to chill out because it hadn't been that long. I was literally just asking about the timeline and was not rude in my email, so I was pretty unimpressed with that. I was able to cancel the order after a month when all of a sudden, it arrived! Yay! And honestly, the toy is great quality and lots of fun.

The color was a bit different, but returning and exchanging was easy. I'm happy with this.

Ok so, this is a difficult company to give the "right" number of stars. It took a month for my package to come from China. There was little or no communication. I saw all the bad reviews and took a chance and ordered anyway. A few weeks in, I emailed and called and got no response. The tracking number did not seem to work from my android phone. A few days later i checked from my desk-top and the tracking number worked and it updated with a USPS tracking number. Whenever the item arrived from China, the USPS picked it up and within a couple of days it actually got delivered. I was only going to wait a few more days because of getting zero response when I emailed and called. The items arrived, as described and I am happy with my purchase. Knowing it is going to take a month, I would order again, especially now knowing I can check the tracking from my browser on my desktop and it will work. I feel bad for Amovibe because they have good products , maybe they just need a small customer service team to handle emails and calls. I feel like they will do well if they make some improvements to this and let people know ahead of time it will take a month to get their item. I selected 4 stars because i like the items I got and can find them no where else , and they arrive in perfect condition. I subtacted 1 star for not responding to email or call. Good luck to amovibe in the future I will order something else.
