Everything went very smoothly, from the ordering to the delivery. The staff was most friendly and patient with my million questions. My only complaint was the directions for installation and electrical were not printed and inserted with the delivery, That error resulted in the electrical not being installed.during the installation. I was sad about that. The pavillion is beautiful and we enjoy it. We also enjoy not having to worry about how harsh the weather is and it blowing over. Here in Michigan, that is always on our minds. The builder, James Fisher, that was referred to us was prompt and pleasant. All in all, a very good experience.

I live at the end of a cul-de-sac and needed a water well drilled. As luck would have it the only place to put the well was in the front yard. I needed something that would be attractive and protective the water well . After much thought I decided to purchase an Amish Gazebo and install it over the water well. The gazebo now serves two purposes and is the talk of the neighborhood.

The website is very helpful and easy to use. When I went to the office, I was able to see several completed gazebos. After ordering it, I talked to them several times on the phone and they were easy to communicate with. They are very flexible about getting it delivered to you. When they arrived to set it up, they were right on time and very professional. They set to work and got the whole thing set up in less than 7 hours. It is really beautiful. Now I can sit outside, even at night or in the rain and don't have to worry about the bugs or the weather most of the time. I should have done this years ago. Amish Country Gazebo made this a very pleasant experience.

OK, first there were 22 missing ballusters, they sent them, but then they were too short, so they resent but I am still 2 pcs short. the fit on the screen kit is terrible, They really need to change their name, this is far from Amish type construction, everything is done on high speed routers, and the set up guy was asleep at the wheel on my unit. Just terrible. I spent about 10 hours correcting their mistakes, should have just built from scratch.

I am very pleased with the Amish Country Gazebo. I installed it myself. I needed to place it on concrete piers and the company helped me with a template so that I could locate the holes correctly. The gazebo went together very well, my brother and I put the floor in place in a couple hours. I think the posts and railings took about an hour to install. I drafted my son-in-law and a neighbor plus my brother to install the roof panels. We were done with the roof in two hours. I added the cupola the next day. I have one regret - I elected to paint the thing myself instead of having it done by the company. The pieces take up a whole two car garage and require much more time to prime and paint than I estimated. I plan to give it one more coat of paint, maybe before winter. I also intend to send some in-process photos to Amish Country Gazebos when I have it all done. They were very helpful when I called with a question, I used some of their assembly engineering drawings for my building permit. It looks great, is sturdy and well proportioned. I am very glad I bought a quality product instead of the cheapest unit.

Everything was a great experience for me! The build-a-gazebo app on the website worked very well to show the options. The people were very helpful in every way - provided the information I needed, no hard sell, offered appropriate input and special offer info, very accommodating for shipping needs, timely and complete communication. The gazebo itself is a wonderfully crafted product and it looks perfect in my yard. Thanks for everything! I'm recommending you to everyone i know!

Great people to deal with. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable of product. Took about eight hours to assemble with three other friends. If I were to make a suggestion, is to offer three way wiring in the electrical package so that the fan light and fan itself can operate from a two pole switch. Highly recommend Amish Country Gazebos!
