Great service, great people to work with.

I have used Amigo several times over the last years and had been satisfied. I had called to ask about the cost of sims card for my IPHONE to use in Israel. In our conversation I mentioned I was also going to China and Hong Kong. I was convinced by your rep to get a sims card for China. I did not have any intentions at the time to use a phone in China. But the pressure from your sales rep convinced me to get one. Also I found out in China and then Hong Kong, you need 2 different sims cards. It also would have been cheaper to get a card there. It did not always work well. I shared the card with my traveling friend and it just didn't work well. Since she was the one who made all phone calls the cost was high which she is responsible for. But that is not the point. We were both disappointed in the card not always working. And it was placed correctly, etc. I just found your rep was ratty pushy and even when I called to try to understand the latest statement, spread sheet I got 'attitude' from your reps. This was the first time I have dissatisfied with Amigo.

Traveled to Israel. Voice worked but text did not. thanks.

Internet was great but the calling charges were very expensive

Hey Buddy: I just returned from Israel. I had a blast and one of the reasons is because I was able stay in contact with family and friends back home without the worry of having to take out a small loan to pay my phone bill. I rented a phone through a company called Amigo. Best thing I could have done. The phone arrive to my house a few days before I left, already programed for international calls to and from Israel. Nice rates too. While I struggled to figure out how to take advantage of full use of my rental phone, (I never found out how to use email or other features) it was very comforting to know I was a phone call away from home. Be sure to use Amigo phone service if you plan to be overseas.

99% MY PHONE WORKED GREAT. BESIDES A FEW SINGLE TIMES ON EREV ROSH HASHONA I COULDN'T GET THRU.

The phone I rented worked wonderfully in Turkey and Greece for both international and local calls. However, when I got to Italy, I could not connect to the States. Local calls worked fine. Still would consider using the service in the future.

The phone gave great service. Calls to the States were easily heard and easy to get through. Calls in Israel were also super. Loved the phone.
