I am so sorry that you had a bad experience renting with us. "No service anywhere' is a very blanket statement that I don't think is a completely detailed accurate description of the situation. My understanding is that you rented a W-F- device from us for use in Poland. I guess what you are saying, is that the Wi-Fi device did not work for you anywhere in Poland. I'm sorry that was the case. When it comes to Internet and WiFi, we are somewhat limited by the internet towers in the local country. I checked your account and you were issued a full credit. Please don't hold this experience against us, and we hope you will continue to use us on your next international trip.
