Hi Quiana! I apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced with your order back in December. I understand how important it was to receive your gift in time, and I am sorry that it did not turn out as planned. Regarding the situation with the cancellation of your order, please accept my sincerest apologies. Our workers' health and well-being are always a top priority, and when unexpected circumstances arise, we sometimes have to make difficult decisions to ensure the safety of our employees. I want to assure you that we take all customer feedback seriously and are continuously working to improve our processes and communication. I would love the opportunity to make it up to you and offer you a discount on a future purchase or a similar item if it is still available. Once again, I am deeply sorry for the disappointment you have experienced and I hope to have the chance to make it up to you. Kind regards, Stacy
