Super crushed. I had ordered from this company before. I loved it so much, I ordered 2! But what came was NOT what I ordered. It was an amethyst but a totally different shape. 😔 Yes. My order was wrong, but right away someone reached out to help me out. Kudos

I don’t feel you should post items that you don’t have. The website should be set up where a customer can’t order items that are not available.

Hi Norma, Thank you for your review! We deeply apologize for that those specific items you ordered and we ran out of stock during that time, it's extremely rare it happens in the way it happened to you, for that reason you were given a refund for those items! We apologize and we hope we can make your experience better next time.
