I just received my pool cover and water bags and I am so disappointed with the quality of the products! Almost all of the bags have holes in them. The straps on the cover are coming off already. It is horrible. I will be calling the company in the morning. I fully expect all the bags to be empty and the cover in the pool in the morning :(

I lost money in the week that the order wasn't filled, I had to call 6 days after I ordered and it hadn't even shipped out yet, it was taken care of after I called. but that was a week of revenue I lost from the oversight. I did appreciate the heavy duty 400 lb. weight rating on the ladder I ordered.

Joe, do you know that I placed my order on the 13th November, that should have been a warning. Oh, yes we will let you know when we will ship it out, it's coming from Kansas said one, no said the other its coming from California. Here we are Joe, one week later and it still has not been been shipped. I do believe that I am very special Joe, because 'they,' who ever 'they' might be are making them just for me - 'they,' who ever 'they' might be just need the time to start making them. What says you Joe? Joe just smiled and took a bite of my sandwich. And the time just kept on ticking away.

Mr. Levitt, I am sorry that you have not received your item. We do our best to ship out everything as soon as we can. We recently (last week) moved our entire operation including warehouse to a new location. Getting everything up and running smoothly has been difficult. I apologize also for any confusion on where the item was to ship from. We did receive the filters in our new warehouse. They came in on a truckload with hundreds of other cartridges. We are sending out this order today and you will have tracking information today as well. Again, I apologize for the confusion and we all sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase.

I ordered a 2 horse pwer pump and motor for my hot tub and you sent the totally wrong 3 horsepower motor which also meant that all of the union connections were wrong as well ! Very disappointing to say the least ! Will be attempting to return the pump/motor for a refund -I will be curious to see how that is handled?

Mr. Herndon, We are aware of your issue with the hot tub pump and we are sorry to hear of the trouble. We very politely asked you to verify what you received in an email. Our response is here: Sir , What you ordered is FMXP2E 56 FRAME 2.0 HP . I need to know what did you receive. Also I need you to email me a picture of the label of the item you received that I could verify that it wasn't your fault. We have yet to hear back from you letting us know exactly what you did receive (part number). This order was shipped from the manufacturer. Without knowledge of what you received it is very difficult to resolve the issue. Please respond so that we may assist you Thank you
