Needed a new Clarifier for our pool because the old one was outdated. Called and talked to a gentleman who was very helpful and helped figure out what I needed to replace the outdated Clarifier. We figured it out and I had the replacement in 4 days. I had checked prices with several places and found this was the best price and free delivery!! I would have no hesitation in using AmeriMerc again.

Have been a customer since 2006. Although I have aways had excellent service, my recent experience surpassed my every expectation. I ordered late morning on a Thursday and received before 3 PM Monday. All I can say is "WOW, way to go AmeriMerc!!!

Placed an order for a winter pool cover to replace the one I had that got damaged in high winds, none of the pool places in my area carried them at this time of year- it's april, I can't imagine they have much call for them now, but being without a cover for a few days allowed the alge to grow and I don't even want to think about what it would look like once the trees started sprouting so I needed a cover, went online and found Amerimerc, placed my order on a Saturday and had my cover by Tuesday. When I was installing the cover a couple of the grommets came off and others were not placed in the cover correctly, sent Amerimerc an email asking them to contact me, which they did the next day, they asked me to email pictures of the bad areas which I did, the next day they sent me an email telling me they were sending out a new cover and two days later I had my new cover. Thanks Amerimerc for standing by your products and being no hassle on handeling the defect, I will order from you again!

I ordered a Nature 2 Cartridge for my in ground pool and had a question about my order. I spoke to a customer service agent and to a young lady in accounting and they were both polite and helpful and assured me that my order had processed correctly from the website. I received my order in a very timely manner. I have ordered from AmeriMer.com in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
