I checked on my order 5 days after it was placed & it stated my order was still being processed. Meanwhile, the UPS man had delivered it while I was on the phone with AmeriMerc trying to find out where my order was. Other than that glitch, it was a good experience.

Bought a 24 foot round solar cover, good price, advertisement said purchase over $100, shipping is free. ooohh wait, but handling is still 7.99. Gotcha! Most people would think free shipping is free shipping and handling, So I would have to go with a little bit of sleazy advertisement.

Order received yesterday minus the expensive pool filter. Tried to track order but kept getting error message that the email account and password. At this point, I'm not a happy customer......

Hi, I received the flowers but one of the didn't work. I sent an email 3 days ago to customer service asking if I should return the product so they could provide me with one that is working and I haven't heard from them yet.

I was invoiced $ 52.94 for the product and shipping. My credit card was billed 54.94. Where did the other $ 2.00 charge come from??

I purchase the WC1836RTM-K10 Pool Cover 18' x 36' RT Mesh Cover With 12 of the 10 foot Water Tubes. The cover was as described however the water tubes were defective - especially the cover for the inlet water - the covers that did not seal properly. Several of the water tubes leaked when filled which I repaired instead of returning.

Ordering online was great and easy. However I never got a password to look up my UPS status and on top of that I requested to have my package delivered with a signature required. However on Nov. 26th at 5:26pm the package was delivered and the UPS driver rang the door bell and took off. I was less than 10ft away from the door and when I got to the door after hearing the door bell ring I got to watch the UPS drive away and the package was left outside on the ground when I have a screened in front porch. So overall I say for the price of the item and the easiness of buying my item was great but for service and the way my request was ignored I'd have to say it was VERY lousy.
