I never got an order conformation of shipping info on the order. I had no idea that the order was filled and shipped. I thought that it was lost. They dropped the ball on order follow up.

When I first called this company the person was hard to understand because he was mumbling and I thoughtI had miss dialed and called a funeral home by accident. The sales person couldn't process my purchase do to maybe lack of experience or laziness. I did order a pool liner from their website and I am happy with it.

I haven't received my purchase.

I ordered an item on May 30th, as of today June 6th, my order still shows under processing. I have yet to receive my item and have no idea if its in transit or still not shipped. Under processing would indicate that it has not shipped, however, the order status for last years order still indicates under processing and obviously I have received it. Update: Just rec'd tracking info from email I sent requesting information. Would have been more helpful if the website was updated correctly.

ordered on 5/21 and still have not received what i ordered or an email telling me what is going on

Its been 7 days after placing an order and yet to receive shipping confirmation. Order confirmation email says "your order will be processed for fulfillment within the same or next business day". My credit card has been charged but NO UPDATE on shipment.

The product and shipping was fine once it was actually shipped. I made my original order and was given an estimated delivery date based on the fact that it would be shipped out the next day. After not receiving the product within the estimated time I called to check on my order. At that time I was told it was shipped on time and maybe it was just delayed with the shipper. After waiting another day and thru the weekend I called back for an update. After they looked into it further they found out they actually didn't ship it out at all. After apologizing, but no offer to make it up in any other way, they promised to ship it out the next day. Which they did and followed up to let me know. So something that I should have received in 4 days took me over 14 days to receive. I would have canceled the order but then I would have had to put in a special order with the local shop which would have taken longer. Next time I'll go right to the local shop instead of AmeriMerc.

I can not get a Password it states my email address can not be found. Can not check Order status. Tried several times. I receive any other email Not happy I received the Product before the Password. The company apologized and the Pool Lamp works great.
