For my second purchase I ordered a solar cover through the website. In the special instructions I put do not process if on back-order. The order confirmation came through. I waited. I waited. I called. I waited. No one had the decency to call or email me that the cover wasn't coming. They are the worst. I ordered the cover from Leisure Living and even though I choose (3) day shipping I got my cover the next day. Don't waste your time with AmeriMerc. Last week I made the mistake again by ordering a blower motor through Aqua Pool Warehouse. Apparently AmeriMerc hides behind the company names like a shady pool contractor. This company turns out to be AmeriMerc again. If I had known I would have never placed the order. For the third time in a month I waited for a product only to find out it went into back order. This place should be out of business . If you buy from an on-line pool company and receive a notice stating the charge is through Amerimerc. Push cancel and go somewhere. 3 for 3 bad purchases. How bad can you get?

I bought the motor for a spa on July 02 2013, today is July 17 and we have not received nothing. Customer service said that the part (A recirculation pump motor) has been shipped from factory and nothing else, no date, no tracking numbers and the spa water now is green

Bought a "5 year" pool cover that lasted two years under normal use. They had no interest whatsoever in responding and customer care is sevearly lacking.

it would have been nice to be advised--yes we received your payment and order and you can expect delivery of item --eta---kinda in la-la land--no communications at all--except from you just now re my purchase...please let them know, not a proper way to do business.....especially when there are others in marketplace selling same item...I will certainly rethink my purchase next time...still awaiting product and communication---over a week now...any idea---perhaps by christmas....and it's late june now...

I still haven't received my merchandise

I was so surprised to get this request to review the product considering I have not yet received it. Hard to tell you about it when I don't have it. Sure hope it arrives soon. Obviously the company thinks I have it.

I ordered a solar cover on may 29th and as of today June 7th I STILL haven't received it.
