The transport of my car went very smoothly! My daughter was coming back from college and we needed the car back home. It was coming from Nevada and being transported to Michigan. After we placed the order online, they called and let me know they had a driver for us to pick up the car. Once dispatched, the driver himself let us know when he would be there for pick up of the vehicle. He communicated mostly through text, which was great for us. Once the car was picked up, he let us know exactly what day he would be dropping it off, and what time to expect him. He handled the car with great care and professionalism. It worked out perfectly!

Good communication, quick, and easy

Michelle, the agent I worked with, was extremely helpful and patient as this was my first experience with transporting my car north to NH. As my flight departure date neared and I still hadn't heard when the car was to leave I became very anxious. She continued to reassure me. Two days before I was to leave I made one more call and while we were talking I was told a driver just checked in that he would take my car. Not only that but he would pick it up in two hours! He was true to his word. I watched as he loaded the car onto his hauler. Then he, Alex, told me not to worry, that he would see me in NH the following Monday or Tuesday and that he would call me from the road to let me know which day and the approximate time. I will definitely work with AmeriFreight again. It's the people that make a company great.

Everything was great and all because of my service rep Melissa Tyner. She went over and above even after her job was done securing the transport of my truck. There was an issue at drop off to my buyer and she called the company that transported the vechile and got it worked out in moments. Top Notch service!
