I had the best experience shipping my car with AmeriFreight, Inc. Robyn in the office is so professional and kept me informed with all information every step of the process. The broker was honest and upfront about how the process worked and how the pricing in the industry was determined through a carrier bidding process. Once a carrier was chosen and I approved the pricing, the carrier picked up the truck the next day and delivered it in perfect condition on time.
Response from AmeriFreight, Inc.Sep 16, 2024
We're so glad you appreciated the transparency of our process! Our goal is to make every step of shipping your vehicle easy and reliable. Thank you for trusting us to deliver your truck safely and on time.

The car was picked up and delivered in good shape. The date was changed from Sunday to Monday for pickup and delivery was Tuesday not Monday. This was inconvenient for us, but we managed. The driver was good.
Response from AmeriFreight, Inc.Sep 12, 2024
We understand that changes in pickup and delivery dates can be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding. We're glad the vehicle arrived safely, and we’ll continue to work towards providing smoother experiences in the future.
