When doing a search for a transport company, to get my newly purchased car to me in another state, I realized that soo many brokers exist, essentially doing the same thing. For me, what it came down to was working with a honest person at the broker and the actual trucking company doing the hauling. I had a lengthy conversation with Harry Davis at AmeriFreight, who was able to explain the process, cost quotes vs actual, claim process, and potential risks. He didn’t push me at all, just gave me good info for me to make a good decision for myself. When I agreed to post, he came back to me within a day with potential truckers. With him being aware of my concerns, he recommended that I go with a trucking company based out of the area I was shipping to (out of a few options) and went through their capabilities, record/reliability, and confirmed insurance. Harry understood my concerns and did his best to find a trucking company that would better match my needs. From there, it was smooth sailing. Carrier came on time, did the haul and delivered on time with no damage, or joy riding, just point A to B. Harry was reachable on day of pickup (weekend) to answer a quick question. All of these little things added up for me so I give him and his company a 5 star.

From first contact with Rosy to end delivery a smooth process. Great text or email communications questions always immediately answered. Great photos of our truck on pickup and at delivery. Class A transporter selected from bid process. No bait and switch involving price. You can search for a deal elsewhere but you won’t find a better group to do business with and feel comfortable about the pickup/delivery of your vehicle

Service was great. When I had questions, they were answered quickly and accurately. As a broker, the driver they chose was courteous and on time.

All went well with my truck delivery, no hassles or problems. I would use Amerifreight again.

Friendly, responsive service by everyone I spoke to or communicated with. Found multiple car carriers within a day. Carrier picked up, delivered safely as promised. No issues to speak of.
