AmeriFreight, Inc.Reviews of amerifreight.net

Despite my trepidation, everything worked out smoothly. The driver contacted me on my earliest ship date & picked up the car at a convenient location on Monday. He (or probably they) arrived 3,000 miles later on Thursday evening and the contact & pickup agaom went smoothly. The driver asked for the agreed upon amount. So AmeriFreight and the driver both did me right.

I have never shipped a car before, so this started out being kinda stressful. I asked for quotes from four to five companies, and received multiple texts and phone calls from several. Amerifreight also responded, but I was not inundated with messages. They were quick to respond to my questions and not too pushy. After I had scheduled the pickup and delivery (Utah to Florida) I discovered I had to change delivery from a Monday to the following Saturday. Rona and Samantha at Amerifreight were both very helpful to help make the change without any additional fees. The driver picked up the same day I started scheduling it and was kind, respectful, and careful as he loaded my car onto his truck. Fast forward one week - Maya Auto Transport was the shipping company Amerifreight contracted with to ship my car. Maya texted that it was ready for delivery on Monday. I responded I had re-scheduled it to deliver on Saturday. Maya confirmed and said no problem and it was delivered the following Saturday as scheduled. When it was delivered, the driver was patient as I had to contact my bank about some problems I was having using the Zelle payment service to pay him. Samantha at Amerifreight also followed up to confirm it was delivered and in good condition. Overall, I was very impressed with AmeriFreight and Maya Auto Transport! Thank-you!! I recommend Amerifreight to anyone looking to ship a vehicle :)

First & foremost this a lengthy review, albeit it will depict the professionalism, dedication, outstanding service & responsiveness demonstrated by Raziah “Raz” Swint. My journey began on an evening when I called AmeriFreight when Raz answered exhibiting a scratchy, faint voice. It was at the end of the work day & it was the beginning of a cold that she was developing, however that did not stop her work ethic the remaining week I texted & called with the responses from her regarding my order. AmeriFreight’s prices were very competitive given my contact with many other various companies. Additionally the AFTA standard plan was worth it in my opinion. She was very personable & relatable by empathically demonstrating her concern for my personal well-being & peace of mind given my vehicle’s care in transit from its origination to the delivery point. She affirmed me that the transportation company was one that she was very familiar with that accepted the contract. Given the approximate pick-up date/time she was in constant contact with me & the transportation company. After it was on the transport, she was available via text since she was feeling very sick & even though she not in the office. Upon delivery the driver of the transport was very gracious & professional explaining the logistics involved from its origination & subsequent journey across 2/3 of the continental United States. After the vehicle was successfully transported with no vehicle damaged, Raz called me to briefly discuss my experience with AmeriFreight as well as the transportation company. I would personally give more than 5 stars for Raz at AmeriFreight if possible. As for the driver of transportation company 1MD Express Inc., Pedro exhibited graciousness & decorum along with great care at delivery & would personally give 5 stars as well. My only issue with 1 MD Express Inc., was neither myself nor Raz was notified the date/time when the vehicle was picked-up at the origination location.

Super friendly and made this move a breeze!

I was helped by Samantha, who was fantastic!!! She was very communicative and took the initiative to get me the best possible deal. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Amerifreight made it very simple and painless.

They were very helpful with the whole process, didn’t make me feel pressured and didn’t change the price on me just to get me in the door. I recommend this company to friends and family. I worked with Samantha and she was great help !

I had an amazing experience working with Samantha at finding a great carrier at a great price shipping my car from Arizona to Michigan. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was very communicative keeping me updated.
