Tried to contact customer service. Sent several emails. Never got a response. The duvet is great quality though. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and hoping to get that situation fixed I emailed the customer service but no response. 2 starts simply because the duvet I did receive was great but clearly customer service is not a focus here.

Ordered a set of pillowcases which were on sale. After about 10 days USPS rang my door for a postage-due package. I refused, and no refund was issued until I emailed customer service. Response was “that’s a first” and amount was refunded.

Wasn't for me. The material was loud and not soft. I understand it would have softened up a bit after washing it, but still just not what I was looking for.

I was shocked they were so thin in the add they look fluffy. I feel as if the add is somewhat deceitful. I would have wanted to send them back but my dogs love them. I mean even it were open on one side you could shove a pad, blanket or thin bed in there. Very disappointed would not buy again.

The sheet does not fit snugly on my king size mattress. I have wrinkles of extra material across the bed.
