Noah was amazing! So polite, explained everything and always asked if I had any questions and when I did he explained the answer to make sure I got it. When he had to put me on quiet time so he could research things he always said he way sorry and tried to maintain contact with me so there were not long times of dead time. It checked on me and said you are approved, which was wonderful. Then when he had to see if my husband was approved, he said let me call you back so you do not have to wait on the phone, again so considerate and polite. He is my new go to guy with any questions on insurance or medicare and I love having a go to guy!!!!
