Simple and not so overwhelming!
I waited until last minute to decide on what I wanted. Amanda was very professional and also easy to talk to. I think medical plan was all taken care of in 30 minutes over the phone. I hung up relieved and satisfied with my choices...

Very upset.
The man I talked to on the phone Nov.29, Rob Campbell was suppose to call me back on Monday to let me know if I was excepted. He didn't call, I had to track him down because the phone number he gave would work. I finally got him on the 618 number he called me on. He said I should get papers in the mail and it has been 3 days and nothing. The 618 number he called me back on, came up SPAM RISK. I want to know if I have insurance or not or is he out there with all my personal information?
